Neida's first career was serving in the U.S. Coast Guard  a diesel engineer at Ft Myers Beach in 1987.

After her discharge, while running a lawn maintenance business, she saw a need for sprinkler system repairs and irrigation systems. 

Never one to let a good opportunity slip by, she took the tests, got licensed, and a business was born! 

Since then, Neida has taken a small repair business and built it to 4 trucks, about 7 times revenue, and is still able to keep that personal touch of a Mom & Pop business by the way she runs and dispatches everything.

If you ask her, she will tell you the difference between her business and the big guys is that if you call Davidson Irrigation, she answers the phone, you don't have to press 1 for English, and if you have a problem, she will personally be standing on your property to make sure you get taken care of.  She bids all the jobs, she does all the inspections, and runs the business and treats her customers the way she wants to be treated.

Davidson Irrigation & Sprinkler Repair does complete irrigation systems, pumps, controls, and inspired landscaping with low voltage yard and landscape lighting.  Because she could not find anyone that she could depend on to do things the way she wanted it, she also added  landscaper to her specialties to become a dependable one-stop-shop for all your irrigation, landscaping and lighting needs.

Neida has 2 boys and 1 girl.  Her oldest 2 are in college and help with the business.  The other one is in middle school, and even has her father involved in the business with her.  As a family, they love to travel, scuba dive, take underwater photography, play tennis, garden and spend time together.

The plan is that the kids will get their education and take over the family business so she can spend her time with grandkids and traveling.
