Dr. Mark Smith, D.C. is a practicing chiropractor serving Lee County for 24 years and founder of Island Coast Pain & Rehabilitation Associates. In the chiropractic division of ICP&R, he diagnoses and treats spinal and other health disorders to help patients regain and maintain good health. Dr. Smith practices the diversified chiropractic technique and uses physiotherapy and massage in conjunction with his chiropractic adjustments. He has been certified to perform manipulations under anesthesia for ten years and offers this service as well to qualified patients.

Dr. Walter Flesner, D.O. is the Medical Director at Island Coast Pain & Rehabilitation Associates and joined the practice in 2005. Dr. Flesner is a Board Certified Osteopathic Family Practice Physician offering full service general practice health care. In the family practice division, he diagnoses and treats common illnesses and injuries and manages chronic medical conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. With over 26 years of experience, Dr. Flesner has a special interest in weight loss and pain management.
